Article 1 (Member)	1. A "member" is an individual who agrees to this agreement and applies for membership according to the procedure established by ILLUSION DL SHOP. 2. "Member information" is the information a member discloses to ILLUSION DL SHOP regarding the member's attributes, as well as history information, etc. regarding the member's transactions. 3. This agreement applies to all members, and must be adhered to during the registration procedure and after registration.
Article 2 (Registration)	1. Membership registration is free. There is no registration fee or annual fee. 2. After agreeing to this membership qualification agreement, any customer who applies for membership as prescribed is qualified as a member after completing the prescribed registration procedure. Membership registration must be completed by the individual becoming a member. No registrations by representatives will be approved. Furthermore, persons whose membership qualifications have been refused in the past or whom ILLUSION DL SHOP judges unsuitable may be refused membership. 3. When entering member information and completing membership registration, carefully read the notices given and enter the required information into the prescribed forms correctly. 4. Password management (1) A member's password may be used only by that member, and may not be transferred or loaned to any third party. (2) Each member must take responsibility for managing his/her own password by changing it regularly, etc. so that it does not become known by others. (3) Any declaration of intent made to ILLUSION DL SHOP using the password will be seen as that member's own declaration of intent, and that member is fully responsible for any payments, etc. that thereby occur.
Article 3 (Changes)	1. If any changes are made to the items a member has provided to ILLUSION DL SHOP, such as the member's ID, etc., that member must promptly contact ILLUSION DL SHOP or change the relevant items on the member's personal page. 2. ILLUSION DL SHOP is not responsible for any damages that occur as a result of changes not being registered. Please also note that even if changes are registered, transactions already completed before the changes were registered will be completed based on the information before the changes were registered.
Article 4 (Membership cancellation)	If a member wishes to cancel his/her membership, that member must personally complete the cancellation procedure. You can complete the "Membership cancellation" procedure from your personal page to cancel your membership.
Article 5 (Loss of membership qualifications and reparation obligation)	1. If a member makes false declarations when applying for membership qualifications or is otherwise unsuitable for membership for reasons recognized by ILLUSION DL SHOP, ILLUSION ONLINE may revoke that member's membership qualifications. 2. If a member engages in behavior pertaining to any of the following, that member must make reparations for any damages ILLUSION DL SHOP incurs due to that behavior. (1) Unauthorized use of member ID or password. (2) Accessing this homepage and altering information, sending a harmful computer program to this homepage, or obstructing ILLUSION DL SHOP's business. (3) Behavior that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of ILLUSION DL SHOP products. (4) Other behavior that violates this usage agreement.
Article 6 (Treatment of member information)	1. Generally speaking, ILLUSION DL SHOP will not disclose member information to any third party without the prior consent of that member. However, in each of the following cases, ILLUSION DL SHOP may disclose member information and other customer information without the prior consent of that member. (1) When disclosure is demanded by the law. (2) When ILLUSION DL SHOP judges it necessary in order to protect the rights, profits, or honor of ILLUSION DL SHOP. 2. ILLUSION DL SHOP will manage member information in accordance with "About personal information". ILLUSION DL SHOP may use member information in order to provide services to members, improve services, promote service use, and maintain sound, smooth service operation.
Article 7 (Prohibitions)	Members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following behaviors when using this service. 1. Behavior that violates the law, this agreement, notices for use of this service, etc. 2. Behavior that harms the rights, profits, honor, etc. of ILLUSION DL SHOP or other third parties. 3. Behavior that may negatively influence the mind or body of a young person, or other behavior that violates public order. 4. Behavior that disturbs other users or other third parties, or that makes those parties uncomfortable. 5. Entering false information. 6. Sending or posting harmful computer programs or emails, etc. 7. Unauthorized access to the ILLUSION DL SHOP server or other computers. 8. Lending or transferring a password to a third party, or sharing it with a third party. 9. Other behavior ILLUSION DL SHOP judges inappropriate.
Article 8 (Service interruption, suspension, etc.)	In order to keep this service running in a good state, ILLUSION DL SHOP may suspend all or part of this service without warning in any of the following cases. (1) If it is necessary for regular system maintenance or emergency maintenance. (2) If the system is overloaded. (3) If the system becomes difficult to operate due to a fire, power outage, or third party interference. (4) If ILLUSION DL SHOP otherwise judges suspension is inevitably necessary.
Article 9 (Service changes/ repeal)	At its own discretion, ILLUSION DL SHOP may appropriately change or repeal all or part of the service without prior notice.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)	1. ILLUSION DL SHOP is not liable for any damages that may occur as a result of interruptions, delays, suspensions, data loss, or unauthorized data access that may occur in the system due to communication line or computer malfunctions, or for any other damages members may incur in relation to the ILLUSION DL SHOP service 2. ILLUSION DL SHOP does not guarantee that any emails or content sent from the ILLUSION DL SHOP webpage, server, or domain do not contain harmful elements such as conputer viruses. 3. ILLUSION DL SHOP is not liable for any damages members may incur as a result of violating this agreement.
Article 11 (Revisions to this agreement)	ILLUSION DL SHOP may revise this agreement at will, and may also establish agreements to supplement this agreement (hereafter "supplementary agreements"). Any revisions or supplements to this agreement will go into effect at the time the revised agreement and/or supplementary agreement is posted on ILLUSION DL SHOP's website. In this case, members must adhere to the revised agreement and/or supplementary agreement.
Article 12 (Applicable laws, court of jurisdiction)	If a dispute occurs regarding this agreement, the local court in jurisdiction in ILLUSION DL SHOP's location will be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court for the first hearing.
